I can make progress today so here is the next stage emerging. Scaled up from A5 to A4 is the finalised composition and next is a print on good quality cartridge paper. Before printing this second version I have deleted the stag, as he is to be added into the landscape through the medium of paint, to add more life to him. The Layers palette in Photoshop is a brilliant tool, especially for making and re-making compositions using elements from a bank of re-usable images. Also in the photo is the starting point for my next work, it's an A5 collage of some more mountain scenery leaning against my trusty old Epson scanner which can scan up to A3 size and is still supported by Windows 10!
I'm off to my studio now to start painting again....
